What is Ked’s Ice Cream?

Ked’s Ice Cream is a premium artisanal ice cream brand made in small batches. We offer a variety of flavors from all over the world.

Our ice cream is produced in our state-of-the-art facility located in Plano / Texas and Cumming / Georgia under strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

We use high-quality dairy, natural flavorings, fruits, nuts, and other ingredients. We do not use High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Yes — we have a selection of non-dairy and lactose-free flavors. While many of our products are gluten-free, not all are. Please check the flavor listing or packaging label for specific allergen information.

Some core flavors are available year-round. We also release seasonal and limited-edition flavors (e.g., summer specials, holiday flavors) which may only be available for a short period.

In proper freezer storage (–18 °C or colder), our packaged ice cream can retain quality for several months.

Ordering, Delivery & Shipping

Yes! We offer online ordering via our website / app for pickup. You can browse flavors, select sizes, and choose delivery or pickup.

We deliver using Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub.

Delivery charges depend on the delivery app you are using.

Currently, we do not ship outside our local delivery zones because maintaining cold-chain integrity is challenging. We may consider expanding in the future.

Yes — for customers near our store(s), you can opt for in-store pickup during business hours. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.

Payment & Cancellation

We accept major credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (where applicable).

If your order has not entered the packing or delivery preparation stage, you may cancel or modify it via our app/website or by calling customer support. Once the order is en route, changes may not be possible.

Storage & Usage

Keep it in your freezer at or below –18 °C. Store the container upright, and try to minimize temperature fluctuations. Avoid leaving it out at room temperature for extended periods.

Ice crystal formation (aka freezer burn) can happen due to temperature fluctuations or storage issues (opening frequently, warm freezer). We pack our products to minimize this and recommend keeping the freezer stable.

Returns, Refunds & Quality Issues

We apologize for any inconvenience. If your product arrives melted or in poor condition, please contact Customer Support (email/phone) within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on situation.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perishable goods. However, in cases of quality issues (damage, melting, wrong product), we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Catering, Events & Bulk Orders

Absolutely! We offer bulk / party / event orders (e.g. tubs, custom scooping stations, flavor selection). Please contact us at events@kedsicecream.com or call your local store at least 2 weeks in advance.

For large orders, we may consider limited customizations depending on feasibility. Reach out to our team to discuss your requirements.

Allergens & Nutrition

Each product page (and physical packaging) includes a full list of ingredients. Ice cream is made in a factory where Allergens are used. If you are allergic to any ingredients, please ask server to use clean scoop to serve your ice cream.

Some flavors contain dairy, nuts, soy, eggs. We have a legend/symbol on each flavor to indicate major allergens. Cross-contamination is possible, so if you have severe allergies, please reach out to us before ordering.
