Ked’s first opened as Old Town Creamery in 2009 in Plano, Texas. This location and a second location in Carrollton, Texas, have since become fixtures of the surrounding communities and have been listed on the Best in DFW list for Best Frozen Treats.
Based on Founder – Hussain Kedwaii’s foodservice background and operational success, Ked’s is now launching its franchise program in order to bring the delicious frozen treats to all parts of the United States. It will provide entrepreneurs looking for a food franchise an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting, new, easy-to-operate, concept that makes and sells fresh made-to-order frozen treats in high traffic areas.
Through franchise development, Ked’s will have the ability to operate locations in new markets and areas without the cost and management responsibilities that would come with geographically widely distributed company-owned outlets.

Where is your ice cream made?
Our ice cream is produced in our state-of-the-art facility located in Plano / Texas and Cumming / Georgia under strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
What ingredients do you use?
We use high-quality dairy, natural flavorings, fruits, nuts, and other ingredients. We do not use High Fructose Corn Syrup.
Do you offer dairy-free / vegan / lactose-free / gluten-free options?
Yes — we have a selection of non-dairy and lactose-free flavors. While many of our products are gluten-free, not all are. Please check the flavor listing or packaging label for specific allergen information.
Are your ice cream flavors available year-round or seasonal?
Some core flavors are available year-round. We also release seasonal and limited-edition flavors (e.g., summer specials, holiday flavors) which may only be available for a short period.
How long does your ice cream stay fresh?
In proper freezer storage (–18 °C or colder), our packaged ice cream can retain quality for several months.
